Just Another Ugly Face

Good morning deviants. I wanted to tell you a little about a Kickstarter project I just launched called "Just Another Ugly Face."
It is my attempt to redefine society's current standard of beauty. This project will result in the creation of a hardbound photo book with portraits of 100 average young women. These girls may or may not be considered beautiful by the rest of society, but these portraits will capture the individual brand of beauty hiding in each of these women.
This project will show that beauty is not just for those who land themselves on the front of a magazine. Instead, it will try and show how the average "ugly face" is really, in fact, beautiful in her own way.
The goal is to raise $10,000 by July 11, thirty days from the launch date. Most of the money will go towards the high cost of printing the photo books themselves, as each person featured in the book will get a copy, as well as anyone who pledges $75 or more. There are different rewards for backers who choose to pledge anywhere from $5 to $5,000. I have the project posted on Kickstarter at www.insipidstudios.com/kickstarter.
I will be posting some of the photographs from the gallery to my deviantart page, but not all of them. If you want to see more, please pledge $10 or more and get exclusive access to the gallery as more portraits are added to it. And please spread the word around.
